Unable to change Kaspersky settings while LMI into the Customer's PC

Need to ask the customer to do the following:

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Options

3. Uncheck "Disable external Service control"

** If that is already unchecked do the following:
        a. Uncheck "Enable Self-Defense"

4. Click OK


You should now be able to change any settings for Kaspersky


** Once you are done make sure to Enable the self-defense again!
