* outlook should be closed through out the whole process
1. Create a new profile in outlook on the new PC
2. Copy Old computer .nk2 file from
win xp --> drive:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
win 7 --> drive:\users\(use name)\appdata\roaming\windows\outlook
3. On the new PC go to drive:\users\(use name)\appdata\roaming\windows\outlook
4. Rename Old ".nk2" file the same as the new PC ".nk2" file
5. Replace the new PC .nk2 with the old renamed one
file located at drive:\users\(use name)\appdata\roaming\windows\outlook
6. Use the MS Fix It tool located here to import nk2 file into outlook:

After the MS Fix It tool is done, outlook should be open already and you are done

Printer taking a long time to print 1 line
In this case you can bypass the spooler by the following steps:
1. Right click the printer icon & left click the printer properties
2. Click the Advenced tab in the printer properties.
3. Select the option PRINT DIRECTLY TO THE PRINTER
4. UnCheck the option SPOOL THE DOCUMENT FIRST
5. Click apply and ok.
6. Try printing.

Control Key stuck (unable to type)
use this when unable to type because shit, ctrl, or alt keys are staying pressed.
Control Panel > Ease of Access Center
1)Click on "Make the keyboard easier to use"
2) Under "Make it easier to type"
- make sure the "turn on sticky keys" is unchecked
3) Under "Make it easier to type"
- click on "set up Filter Keys"
4) Uncheck the box that says "turn on filter keys when right SHIFT is pressed for 8 seconds"
5) Click Apply
6)Click Ok
